My personal journey is there reason for the Health Journey endeavor. My personal experience from the death bed to a fully restored life encouraged me to further my education as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner. It is the goal of Health Journey to bring and foster partnerships with other holistic practitioners, therapists, medical professionals and wellness community together. Clients with real life experiences of healing are modeled to enhance support. With these a truly comprehensive program by seamlessly integrating various holistic modalities such as herbal medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, energy healing, and real life experiences into a specific and proven coaching programs. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back.
